Before placing an order with Mille Murano Ltd. It is understood that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions by ticking the Terms & Conditions box. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Due to the nature of hand crafted glass, there maybe variations to the colour, size or pattern to those products shown within the images & description of this Website. There may also be variations due to the photographic reproduction or internet software.
All Images, Illustrations, Text & Designs contained within this website is the property of Mille Murano Ltd and cannot be copied or published or used in any way without written consent of Mille Murano Ltd.
Mille Murano Ltd reserves the right to make changes to this website and terms & conditions within at any time.

Payment can be made by debit card, credit card or cheques made payable to Mille Murano Ltd. All Credit Card & Debit Card payments will be made securely by Protx.
Items ordered & paid by credit or debit cards will be dispatched within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated by email or telephone. Orders paid by cheque will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. Gift wrapped items will be sent direct to the recipient on the date requested by purchaser.
Mille Murano Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the order at any time should there be a discrepancy in payment or delivery information or if the payment transaction is not authorised.

Customers have a legal entitlement to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of the product and to return it for refund, except for earrings (please note that, in compliance with the UK's Health & Hygiene regulations, Mille Murano Ltd. can not accept the return of earrings unless they were originally faulty).
Please inform us by email stating your reasons if you are not satisfied. Mille Murano Ltd will offer a full refund or exchange.
All items returned must be in perfect condition in the full original packaging together with the receipt. Return postage to be paid by customer & send by recorded delivery.
In the case of damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. A replacement will be sent upon the return of the original item & the cost of postage will be refunded.
Refunds will be issued by same method as payment.

Mille Murano Ltd endeavour to hold sufficient stock of all items shown on the website. However, as all the items are hand made by craftsmen & family businesses on the island of Murano, there may sometime be a delay in Mille Murano Ltd receiving stock.

Any personal data obtained by Mille Murano Ltd. in your use of our site will be recorded electronically and only used in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.
We will not disclose your details to any third parties without your consent.
Any information collected will be use to process your order and to provide you with our best possible service.
If you have tick the information opt out box, Mille Murano Ltd will not e-mail you with future offers.
The type of information we will collect and will be kept up to date and includes: your name, address phone number, email address.
We do not keep any credit card information on our systems.
